Career Day : Chaguanas Government Primary School

The Faculty of Law proudly participated in the College’s Career Day on 06th March, 2026, where students and parents had the opportunity to explore educational and career opportunities offered by a variety of institutions and organisations.

Representing the Faculty were Deputy Dean (Outreach/Pre-Law), Ms. Grace Bhagwandeen, Technical Assistant II Mrs. Guytree Samaroo-Sookraj, and Clerical Assistant, Ms. Ara Roberts. Throughout the event, the team welcomed visitors to the Faculty’s booth, provided guidance on academic programmes and admission requirements, and discussed the diverse career paths available to graduates of the Faculty of Law.

Career Day served as an invaluable opportunity to engage directly with prospective students, answer their questions, and showcase the Faculty’s commitment to academic excellence, student success, and community engagement. By participating in initiatives such as these, the Faculty continues to encourage and support the next generation of legal professionals as they consider their educational and career aspirations.

Chaguanas Government Primary was established in 1936 at St. Thomas Village, Chaguanas. It was relocated to Orchard Gardens, Chaguanas (current location) in September 2003 and has been facilitating the education of pupils in our quest for excellence in education.
