Guest Lecture: Accountability in International Crimes

The Faculty of Law is pleased to announce a Guest Lecture on “Constitutional Interpretation Through the Eyes of the CCJ: The Preamble and Bill of Rights in Commonwealth Caribbean Constitutions.”

The lecture will be delivered by The Honourable Mr. Justice Peter Jamadar, Judge of the Caribbean Court of Justice and is intended to educate students about the approaches to interpretation of the preamble and Bill of Rights in Commonwealth Caribbean constitutions
