Belize Country Conference

The UWI Open Campus, will host the Belize Country Conference, from November 16^th-17^th, 2010. This conference will be themed Building our Nation's sustainability through Education, Culture and Technology, and will cover topics including:

An education system that develops human capital
An alternative curriculum that addresses multiple industries
Exploring the arts in its many facets which contribute to sustainable development
Using technology to advance development in: Physical and Virtual Classrooms, Environment, Climate Change, Growth of Businesses, Socioeconomic Equity and Stability, Crime and Violence Reduction, Poverty Alleviation
