The Institute of International Relations in collaboration with the South African High Commission, Trinidad and Tobago present a Roundtable discussion on the topic “Emerging Africa in the 21^st Century” with feature presenter Mr. Luwellyn Tyrone Landers, Deputy Minster, International and Cooperation of the Republic of South Africa.

• The Future of African/Caribbean Relations
