The Cocoa Research Centre (CRC) is having a sale with their latest creation – chocolate mousse.
Indulge in a dessert crafted from CRC’s signature International Cocoa Genebank, Trinidadian dark chocolate and chocolate-coated cocoa nibs that has been transformed into a decadent creamy mousse topped with a white chocolate and orange ganache.
Limited 8 oz. portions of mousse will be on sale between the hours of 10.30am and 1.30pm for TT$65.
