The University of the West Indies, Institute of Critical Thinking inviting your team’s managers and team leads to the Building organisational efficiency through Emotional Intelligence workshop.

This two-day workshop takes place from 9am to 4pm.

• Strategies for improving their awareness and control of their own emotions,
• Techniques for managing workplace conflict positively
• Tools for building high-performance teams through coaching and mentoring

Supplementing this workshop, is a presentation on Aligning People, Process and Technology for improved efficiency, where Dr. Ruel Ellis an Industrial Engineer and lecturer in the Faculty of Engineering will discuss ways to develop the Lean organisation without the negative outcomes of layoffs and harsh HR policies.

The cost is TT$5000 and payment can be made via cash and credit Card/ Linx. Company Cheques can be made payable to: The University of the West Indies.
