The UWI Institute of Critical Thinking presents the Executive development workshop entitled: Strategies for Handling Aggressive & Other Problem Personalities.

This two-day workshop takes place from 9am to 4pm.

At our workshop Leaders will learn how to:

• Identify the difference between personalities who display difficult behaviours and those who thrive on conflict
• Implement a process for reaching balance and settling tensions between people within organizations
• Use techniques to diffuse negative attitudes of difficult personalities
• Negotiate sustainable solutions which reduce the impact of difficult personalities on organizational productivity and profitability as well as customer relations.
• Apply techniques for managing and dealing with angry people. 

The cost of this workshop is $5000 inclusive of training material, certificate, lunch and refreshment. Payment can be made through Cash and Credit Card/ Linx. Company Cheques can be made payable to: The University of the West Indies.
