The International Office presents a week of activities titled - Cuba Week.

On Friday November 6, they are having a Cuban Cultural evening. The itenary is as follows:  

• 6 to 7.30pm: Open Forum on Cuba

• 7.30 to 8pm: Book Launch of El Caribe, sus islas y el difícil camino de la Independencia, la identidad y la intergración by Caribbean scholars from Cuba and other Caribbean countries featuring UWI Institure of International Relations Lecturer, Jacqueline Laguardia Martinez. The book is sponsored by Cátedra de Estudios del Caribe Norman Girvan at the University of Havana (Chair of Caribbean Studies 'Norman Girvan'). To view the book cover, please click here.
