History Fest 2016: Cultural Symposium

Location: Centre for Language Learning (CLL) Lecture Room, UWI St. Augustine

The Department of History presents History Fest 2016 with the theme, Honouring the First Peoples of the Caribbean.

This celebration of history continues until March 11 with a host of activities.

On February 26, there will be a Cultural Nationalism Symposium from 9.30am to 3pm.

Session 1 Panellists: Dr. Claudius Fergus (Chair); Prof. Syed Ejaz Hussain; Dr. Kumar Mahabir; Dr. Sherry-Ann Singh; Dr. Kirk Meighoo.

Session 2 Panellists: Dr. Debbie McCollin (Chair); Dr. Gelien Matthews; Dr. Chandra Mukherji; Dr. Michael Toussaint; Dr. Shalima Mohammad.
