The Institute of International Relations (IIR) and the Diplomatic Academy of the Caribbean (DAOC) hosts  a special Guest Lecture on the topic, US-Caribbean Relations in a Rapidly Changing International Context with Dr. Cary Fraser, Associate Professor of Government and Justice Studies, Appalachian State University, Boone, North Carolina.

The lecture takes place on February 3 from 1 to 3pm at Lecture Room 1, IIR.
