About Anthony Paul
He is an energy and strategy advisor, who works to bring Economic Justice to owners of Petroleum Resources. He bridges the gap between parties by drawing on his understanding of the values and modus operandi of governments and multinational investors, derived from his over 40 years of deep and varied experience on both sides. In that time, he has held technical, commercial, management and leadership roles, spanning the entire petroleum exploration and production value chain in the Government and National Oil Company of his home country, Trinidad and Tobago, as well as multinational companies, Exxon, Amoco and BP. This he has brought to the assistance of dozens of countries in Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa and Central and Southern Asia.
He is currently advising the governments of Mozambique, Senegal and Guyana.
He holds a BSc in Geology from Imperial College, London and an MS in Geophysics from the University of Houston, Texas.
