About the Admissions Office

The Admissions Office is a Unit of the Office of the Campus Registrar and has the responsibility primarily for:

  • Recruitment of students to Undergraduate Degree, Certificate and Diploma programmes
  • Campus tours, school visits and Career Fairs
  • The acceptance and processing of all applications for undergraduate study
  • Registration/Change in registration
  • Leave of absence
  • Course credits and exemptions
  • Issuing of status, visa, immigration letters
  • Entry of  withdrawals
  • Updating student records i.e. Leave of Absence, Exemption with Credit, Exemption , Degree and Enrolment Status

The Admissions Office and The Customer Service Centre are located on the Ground Floor, The Lloyd Braithwaite Student Administration Building, Lewis Avenue.

Monday to Friday:  8.30 am to 4.30 pm

The Customer Service Centre:

Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Friday: 8.30 am to 4.30pm
