This project was co-ordinated by Kevin Mahabir under the supervision of Dr. Mike Oatham, Life Sciences, UWI. Ralph Singh, Randall Alexis and Don Boswell of Nature Seekers, Matura, represented the Matura community. Kevin Muhammad and Sheldon Murray of Grande Riviere Tour Guide Association represented the Grande Riviere community. These gentlemen were our field assistants for the project and our trainees in the field of birding and general ecology. Francis Dial represented the Forestry Division on most of our trips; at times, Jefferson Quashie (Forestry Division). Our primary observers were expert birders Graham White and Courtenay Rooks. Howard Nelson and Ellie Devenish joined the team on one trip. UWI Technician Karan Deonarinesingh accompanied us on a couple of day trips.
