Dr. Patti Goff. Associate Professor of Political Science at Wilfrid Laurier University and holds degrees from Western Ontario, McMaster, Paris and Northwestern.  She is also a Senior Fellow at CIGI (www.cigionline.org) and specializes in International Political Economy, International Relations and International Organization, with emphasis on trade and cultural policy.  Her latest monograph is Limits to Liberalization: local culture in a global market place (IPE Series, Cornell UP, 2007) (www.cornellpress.cornell edu).  Dr. Goff became Director of ACUNS this summer (www.acuns.org)
