All
members will be offered a personal assessment with
one of our fitness instructors after which a personal
training programme will be devised for each member
to suit their personal needs. Our aim is to see
you motivated and achieve your own personal fitness
goals with our guidance.
Members
should complete their programme cards on each visit
and book a follow-up meeting with their fitness
instructor upon completion of an agreed number of
visits. At this time, the instructor will review
progress levels and recommend changes where necessary

training is highly recommended fro those wishing
to achieve specific goals with that extra motivation
from your own personal tutor. Please ask one of

in sporting activities is the ideal way to enjoy
the benefits of improved fitness. We hold an excellent
variety of classes for all levels of fitness and
all interests enabling you to enhance your weekly
