Urgent Student Reminder | AR Hold Deadline March 31

Dear Student:

If you are registered for Semester 2, please note this urgent deadline:

All outstanding fees and/or required documents must be submitted by March 31, 2026.

Failure to meet this deadline will result in an AR Hold, which will prevent you from:

  • Accessing My eLearning
  • Sitting final exams (online or in-person)
  • Registering for future semesters
  • Accessing library services
  • Obtaining an ID card

To avoid this, please:

  • Check your account via MySecure Area
  • Subit ny required documents via e-Courier
  • Complete any outstanding payments

If documents were already submitted, there is no need to resubmit unless advised.

GATE-funded students: Ensure your signed e-GATE application and fee sheet are submitted.

Take action now to avoid any disruption to your exams.
