The following steps explains how to log into your student myelearning account.

The following steps explains how to log into your staff myelearning account.

  • Request for enrolment keys for course shell.
     
Persons can request enrolment keys that allow access to different roles for a specific course. These roles are: Teacher – can manage and add content to courses. Non-editing teacher – can grade in courses but not edit them. How to Use Enrolment key?: These keys may be shared with the appropriate staff members who require access to the relevant courses. Read more… This Service is available for part-time staff with contracts less than one (1) year. Other staff kindly use the TAK Self-Service which is available via the Campus Intranet. Click here   TAK User Manual.pdf to view the steps to access the TAK Self-Service System. User Guides:

  2. Be a teacher for the course.
Request for Enrolment Keys
  • Access to Class List (Self Service Banner)
The class list for a specific CRN or all CRNs for a particular course is available via Self Service Banner: The link to Banner is: Self Service Banner

The requester must:

 
  1. Have an official UWI Staff Email Account.
  2. Have a UWI PeopleSoft Employee ID
  3. Be a teacher for the course and assigned to the course in Banner

  • Copy of Course Content within Moodle 3
In Myelearning, content can be copied from a previous version of a course and placed/copied into a new version. This can be done by following the instructions: How to copy course content? To use this feature you must be assigned as a teacher to both courses. There are no forms for this request. Please refer to: How to copy course content?
