Campus Information Technology Services (CITS), provides a range of services and support for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services to all of the University. CITS recognizes that you may be experiencing I.T. related issues, and will do our best to respond to and resolve these issues as quickly as possible, either remotely or by personal visit. The time to resolve a fault depends on the nature of the fault and relative priorities of the outstanding faults on our work list.
