myeLearning Acceptable Usage Policy
Acceptable Usage Policy for Users with Elevated Access to myeLearning Environment(s). Users with elevated permission pose a possible security risk to the myeLearning application(s) of STA UWI. Thus this policy defines what constitutes acceptable use of the myeLearning applications(s) in order to mitigate the vulnerabilities/risks posed by these users.
myeLearning Observer Role Form
An Observer Role is a non-editing role that can be used to Review a course for Quality Assurance purposes. The Observer Role cannot make changes to a course but can be used to view course content and student progress within a course. NOTE: Students’ emails are not to be added to the Observer Role. This would be a breach of the University’s ICT Policy.
myeLearning Faculty Liaison
The Faculty Liaison Role is intended to enhance course administration by delegating certain course management responsibilities to Faculty who are closely familiar with departmental operations. This role provides elevated access to the myeLearning system to support faculty more effectively.
Please notify Campus IT Services at myeLearning@sta.uwi.edu of any changes in the staff member’s employment status or duties that may affect their access.
