Sign Out of Microsoft Office 365
Performing this procedure will initiate the sign-out process for your Microsoft account.
- To begin, access Outlook on the Interet using your preferred browser.
- Within the blue toolbar, locate your avatar (or initials) at the rightmost side, and click on it. Then, select the option "View account."
- On the My Account page, you will find a section displaying your avatar (or initials) and name at the top. Within this section, click on "Sign out everywhere."
- A confirmation dialog box will appear, prompting you to click "Ok."
- If prompted to select the account, make sure to choose your account.
- To ensure a full sign-out, close all browser windows and exit any Microsoft desktop applications you may have open, such as Outlook, Teams, Word, and others.
Please note that it may take up to an hour for all applications to recognize that you have successfully signed out.
