I have over 15 years in student leadership and teaching, and I am passionate about helping students realise their full potential. My love for guiding others towards new knowledge began at Ryerson University where I served as an Academic Advisor and Resident Assistant. In my final year as a Community Advisor, I enjoyed training and guiding new Residence Staff. It was here that my interest in strategic communication was born.
After graduating with a BCom in Retail management, I managed flagship retail stores in Toronto, Canada and continued on this path after moving to London, UK. In this managerial capacity I had the privilege of utilising my degree while strategically managing and communicating with staff and customers alike. While in the UK, I also completed my MSc in Marketing; Consumer Science with Heriot-Watt University.
As a Lecturer and Tutor in Communication Studies, I also enjoy helping CSEC & CAPE students prepare for exams, and I consult with small local businesses to help them improve their communication strategies.
