Dr. Ansarah Hosein obtained her DVM (Distinction) from the University of the West Indies in 2008. She then joined the University as a Clinical Teaching Assistant in the Small Animal section. She holds a Masters of Science Degree in Small Animal Internal Medicine from the Ontario Veterinary College, University of Guelph. She has worked at the University of the West Indies for a total of 12 years. Her interests include ultrasonography, transfusion medicine, infectious diseases and cardiology.
