The Facilitator
Professor of Practice Dr. Sterling Frost is a Senior International Executive with over four decades of experience in academia and the corporate sector. He has led Operations and HR across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean in sectors such as Financial Services and Manufacturing. As Group Deputy CEO at First Citizens Group since 2016, he previously directed HR for Citibank Latin America. Dr. Frost holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from The University of the West Indies and serves as an Executive Coach and Change Practitioner. He also contributes to academia as a senior lecturer at The UWI.
