Dear Student,

Gen Z are the most globally peer-connected generation in human history entirely used to accessing a wealth of information at the press of a button or a voice command. Their online and physical relationships continue to blur as they enter work.

According to ACCA’s 2021 report ‘Groundbreakers: Gen Z and the future of accountancy’, as organisations strive to adopt business practices that are more inclusive, sustainable, and recognise environmental and social impacts, how they engage with and respond to the Generation Z workforce will be critical to their success.

Join us as we explore the valuable insights and approaches that Gen Z brings to job security, mental health and wellbeing, technology, to accounting as a profession, the workplace environment, climate change and careers including entrepreneurship. Use the conference platform to get an opportunity to ask questions of global experts and professionals, schedule meet-ups with your peers around the region, post photos and ice-breakers and visit exhibitor booths to obtain information on your prospective next study and career steps.
