Be One of the Volunteers at The UWI Games 2026
Be One of the VolunteersĀ Behind The UWI Games 2026
Athletes will take their marks on the track. The whistle will sound on the field. Swimmers will step onto the starting blocks. Across venues in Trinidad and Tobago, the energy will rise as The UWI Games come to life.
From 21 to 29 May 2026, student athletes from across The UWI community, representing Mona, Cave Hill, Five Islands, The Global Campus and St. Augustine, will gather for nine days of competition, celebration and Caribbean pride. Behind the races, the matches and the moments of victory will be a team of 300 volunteers from our campus community and the wider publicĀ helping to welcome teams, support athletes and guide spectators throughout the Games.
Volunteers will support The UWI Games across several key areas, including Event Management, Athlete Services, Protocol, Results/Data Entry, Media, Spectator Services, Venue Support and Logistics.
Sporting experience will be an asset but it is not required. Training will be provided.
The energy across the venues will be unforgettable. The pride of hosting will be shared across our campus. Now we need the team behind the scenes to help make it happen.
