COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course consists of three major topics: pension mathematics, interest rate risk and traditional and universal life insurance. Students will learn how to apply the course content to solve business problems in the insurance and pensions industries. Assessment will be based on assignments, coursework examinations and a final examination.
