The St. Augustine Campus is protected 24/7 by Campus Security Services alongside the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service. You are encouraged to take the following precautions:
-Never walk, jog or study alone on campus at night
-Avoid secluded or dimly lit areas
-Always be alert to your surroundings
-Trust your instincts, if you feel uncomfortable in a place or situation, leave
-After dark, call The UWI Police to escort you to your vehicle
-Make good use of the Student Shuttle Service
-If you are aware of suspicious activity or have been a victim, please go in to the Campus Security Charge Room (opposite the Tennis Courts) or call the numbers below to make a report or request assistance.
