Semester II 2025/2026 Course Registration Is Open

The registration period for Semester II, 2025/2026 is now open and continues until January 30, 2026. The late registration period will run from January 31 to February 6, 2026, during which time a late registration/late payment fee of TT$200.00 will be applicable.

Students are reminded that course registration is an online process and in order to be deemed fully registered, they must complete all 7 steps of the registration process that are listed below.

The 7 steps of the registration process are as follows:

1.    Get your Registration Information

2.    Register for Gate eService ID (T&T nationals if applicable)

3.    Go to Academic Advising

4.    Select Courses Online

5.    Enrol in FEE Pay to Obtain Financial Clearance

6.    Get Your UWI ID / Smart Card

7.    Maintain Financial Clearance

Some key points to note:

-       Enrolment in FEE PAY is a mandatory step in the registration process, as it grants financial clearance for the semester

-       Click here to access a list of the payment options which students can use for the payment of all fees

-       To maintain financial clearance, students are required to submit registration documents via the e-Courier platform, which can be accessed by clicking here. For a list of the required documents, click here.

- A student who fails to meet their financial obligation to the campus and/or submit the required registration documents, which include proof of payment documents, will have an AR Hold placed on their account. Click here to read more on what having an AR Hold means

-       For assistance with any financial matters, students can contact the bursary via their online Service Desk platform. Click here to access.

To further ensure that students are able to register for Semester II 2025/2026, the following measures will be implemented:

-          The campus will liaise with the GATE office to ensure that students will not be affected due to the current unavailability of grades and updated transcripts.

-          Students who require letters for donors or sponsors are asked to write to the Campus Registrar at mailto:STA-campreg@sta.uwi.edu to request a letter.

- Where appropriate, Deans Holds related to the unavailability of grades will be removed to facilitate student registration in a timely manner.
