Archived Issue April 2014

It’s undated, but the photo is on the face of one of those post cards that were so popular for travellers to send back home. It carries the words: CUNARD LINE Sunshine Cruises to the West Indies and South America, Port-of-Spain, Trinidad, B.W.I. Queen’s Royal College Government secondary school for boys.

The photo was taken by Herbert Lanks, and it is described as a Mike Roberts Color Production. It would be nice to find out who the young QRC students are, wouldn’t it?

This reproduction comes from the UWISpace Institutional Repository, one of the newly digitized collections at the Alma Jordan Library at UWI St Augustine. Read more >>
