Hyline Label Co. Ltd. is a medium-sized manufacturing company based in Trinidad. It is Family
owned and managed, and has been in existence more than thirty years. In these thirty years
we have faced many challenges in the manufacturing sector, but in recent years the most
difficult challenge has been managing human resource.
As is to be expected the problem of the employees impinge on their ability to work efficiently. These issues range from having to leave home at a very early hour because of traffic on the roads, to being a single parent and hence having sole responsibility for a household.
