What makes some states more powerful than others? What is the nature of power in the global context? And what is the role and influence of non-state actors such as NGOs and multinational corporations? How do the countries of the Caribbean and other small states navigate the current global system and can we make it better? This programme includes courses in economics, politics, law, security and finance – all from an international perspective.
