Dr. Jennifer Yamin-Ali is a former Director, School of Education and a senior lecturer, who previously coordinated the In-Service Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Dip. Ed.) programme at the School of Education and still serves on this programme. Her areas of specialization include foreign language teacher education, teacher education in general, and micropolitics in educational organizations. She supervises research at the Masters Level in a variety of areas, and doctoral research with a focus on Foreign Language teaching and learning.
Her research interests include: foreign language teaching and learning, evaluation of teacher education programmes, data-driven decision making capacity in schools, and how educational organizations function.
