Accommodation

Delegates should book their own accommodation for the conference. The organisers are happy to help you organising somewhere to stay.

The cheapest accommodation is on campus itself at Milner Hall, one of the University’s Halls of Residence. Single rooms, double rooms and self contained flats are all available and rates vary according to room type and facilities (e.g. air conditioning, en suite, etc.). All Milner Hall accommodation is self catering but there are a range of food options on campus and a couple of small supermarkets within walking distance. The organisers can provide details of each type of room at Milner Hall.

Alternatively, delegates may wish to stay at Normas B&B, which is a short drive from the campus (organisers can assist with transport).
Rates are $500 TT single and $650 TT double per night and include breakfast.

There are many other accommodation options available including big hotel chains in Port of Spain itself. Morning traffic in Trinidad can be very heavy, however, so you will need to allow for at least 1 hour to get to the campus from the city.
