Programme Breakdown

The major in Entrepreneurship is composed of 15 compulsory Year 1 credits and 30 Year 2 and 3 credits comprised of 24 core course credits and 6 elective credits.

Students choosing this major should not enroll for the existing minor in Entrepreneurship.

Students enrolled in this major can pursue a single major, a double major or combine it with one or two minors.

Entry Requirements

To enter into this programme, you must possess one of the following:

  • UWI Certificate in Agriculture
  • UWI Certificate in Human Ecology
  • UWI Certificate in Environmental Geography
  • Passes in ANY two (2) 2-unit CAPE courses or two GCE A-level subjects and a minimum of five (5) subjects at CSEC General Proficiency (Grade I-III) or GCE O-level, or their equivalents, which must include English Language and Mathematics

  • An approved Associate Degree with a minimum GPA of 2.5
