The BSc. in Agriculture Programme prepares students to acquire training at the highest level in Agriculture by delivering a curriculum that supports teaching and learning that develop independent critical thinkers, with problem solving skills, using current and future technological trends in agriculture suited for sustainable development of the Caribbean region. Students are equipped with competencies and skills to understand and offer sustainable solutions to a wide range of local, regional and international agricultural issues related but not limited to crop and livestock production, soils, the environment, agricultural engineering, product handling, processing and utilisation, food quality and safety. .
