The major in Environmental and Natural Resource Management (ENRM) uses an interdisciplinary approach to understanding and managing the environment and its natural resources. This major equips students with the latest tools and techniques to capture and analyze environmental data and develop novel, sustainable solutions to the most pressing environmental and natural resource issues. As a student in the programme, you will be exposed to a range of courses including: Sustainable Energy Resources, Environmental Economics, Ecology and Microbiology, Forest Resources, Soil and Land Evaluation, Sustainable Watershed Management, GIS, and Environmental Law. As an environmental professional you will be proficient in Assessing natural resources, Valuing natural resources, Soil and water quality monitoring, Conducting energy audits, and Policy design and you will leave with the critically important Presentation, Writing and Analytical skills to start your environmental career.
