Mrs. Bernadine Dick is an Instructor in the M.Ed. – Educational Leadership Programme at the School of Education, The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. She has over 20 years teaching experience in the Education System and 22 years as a former School Supervisor with the Ministry of Education, Trinidad and Tobago.
