Dr. Rowena Kalloo currently works at the School of Education, The University of the West Indies, Trinidad and Tobago. She does research in Science Education, Primary Education and Pedagogic Theory. One of her current projects with colleagues at The UWI is 'Games based learning in primary science'. Other projects include indigenization of the science curriculum through the incorporation of local environmental knowledge, and the development of inquiry based approaches to teaching science.
