Mr Shirdi Ali brings a wealth of experience from both secondary and tertiary education to his role. His teaching career began in 2000, where he honed his skills instructing Mathematics and Information Technology at various secondary schools. In 2014, he transitioned to the university setting, initially as a part-time lecturer. Since 2020, he has served as a full-time Assistant Lecturer (temporary). His work spans both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, focusing on courses in the teaching of Information Technology, Mathematics, as well as technology integration. Shirdi holds a strong academic foundation, with a Bsc. (Hons) in Computing from the University of Greenwich, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Specialty in Educational Administration) and a Master's in Education (Concentration in Curriculum), both from the University of the West Indies.
