Her teaching career began in 1983 as a Secondary School Business teacher and ended in 2014 as a retired appointed Dean. Over the last seven (7) years she was also a part time facilitator with the School of Higher Education (SHEL). During her teaching career, she received professional training as an educator and pursued a Masters of Business Administration degree. Her current position at School of Education, University of the West Indies, St Augustine is Temporary Full-time (Business) Instructor in the Diploma of Education programme. The courses she is attached to are as follows:
Foundations of Education (EDFA 5210); Project in the Theory of Education (EDRS 5220); Teaching of Social Sciences – Business (EDRS 5280); and The Practice of Education (EDTL 5230).
