World Mental Health
A day is designed to raise Mental Health awareness around the globe. This year, the Psychology Unit partnered with PSI CHI, the International Honor Society in Psychology and the Student's Psychology Association to host an event in commemoration of this day chaired by Mrs. Felicia Frederick-Davis. The goal of the event was to create a relaxing, fun atmosphere that helped students unwind while promoting Mental Health awareness and well-being. Students were able to utilise a safe space to interact with local psychologists, listen to music and participate in interactive games to help them relax, recharge, and refresh their mind. This event was attended by members of staff from CAPS, HSU, SPEC and UNICEF.
