A Dean’s hold is placed on a student’s record when his/her GPA is below 2.0 in a semester. At this stage the student is placed on Warning for the next semester.
STEPS IN THE PROCESS FOR REMOVAL OF A DEAN’S HOLD
(1) Section I is to be completed by the student
(2) Section II is to be completed by the Advisor after consulting with the student
(3) The completed form is to be emailed to Mr. Sterlon Dickerson at Sterlon.Dickerson@sta.uwi.edu
