Jacqueline H. Stephenson (PhD) is a Lecturer in the Department of Management Studies (Human Resource Management Group), Faculty of Social Sciences, University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. Dr. Stephenson read for a doctoral degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Nottingham (UK), and her research interests include discrimination, equality and inclusion at work; diversity within contemporary workplaces; underrepresentation, advocacy and the efficacy of anti-discrimination legislation; and inequities, exclusion and discrimination in the Anglophone Caribbean. She is a Reviewer for several Academic Journals and has published several articles, chapters and books on various areas of organizational diversity and discrimination in relation to age, orientation, disability inter alia. She currently lectures undergraduate and doctoral courses in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development and Organizational Behaviour.
