Course Description
The course introduces the student to the chemical principles involved in modern medicinal chemistry. The chemical processes involved in the production of these products in everyday life will be discussed. Aspects of general and organic chemistry will be employed in the discussion and understanding of the chemical principles and reactions involved in the efficacy and use of these products.
