SELF EFFICACY – Design orientation programming to foster a culture where learning concepts promote empowerment and self-efficacy thus motivating students to succeed in their academic and personal endeavors.

TRANSITION PROGRESS – Utilize a strategic and sustained ‘process’ treatment for student engagement that will allow for easy monitoring of how students are navigating their new reality towards effecting early interventions where needed.

ACADEMIC PREPAREDNESS – Put forward consistent and solid efforts that will assist in getting students ready for the rigors of academia.

PERSONAL/SOCIAL INTEGRATION – Foster and lead students in establishing a connection, sense of belonging and community at The UWI St. Augustine Campus.
