Corporate partnership and Sponsor opportunities
The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus welcomes corporate sponsorship of the First Year Experience (FYE) programme and is committed to providing meaningful and rewarding benefits in return for sponsorship support. Corporate sponsorship of student centred programmes at The UWI St. Augustine Campus helps to ensure the sustainable development of talented and innovative graduates who will be of value to their future employers. As the campus’ official new student orientation programme, FYE fosters sustained student engagement, has a high retention impact and is anchored by the distinct first year student success principles of self-efficacy, transition progress, academic preparedness and personal/social integration.
In this regard, support and sponsorship of the programme is a direct act of value recognition and true reflection/fulfilment of corporate social responsibility.
All sponsorships at The UWI are negotiated with a sincere commitment to benefit both the sponsor and the campus community while providing support for the specific project being supported.
