Airport pick up
If you require airport transfer to the Conference Hotel (Hyatt Regency) and Crowne Plaza hotel please email the congress secretariat with your request as well as a copy of your flight itinerary.
There is an official airport taxi service at Piarco international airport, if you have made alternative arrangements with another hotel or guest house. Please note that participants not staying at the conference hotel must make their own arrangements to attend the conference.
Hotel Bookings
Please inform the Congress' hotel that you are attending the congress so that you may access the special room rates. Please inform the congress secretariat if you require assistance in booking these rooms.

Restaurants
While coffee breaks and lunch will be provided to all participants, unfortunately dinner will not be served. Most hotels have excellent dinning services but we encourage you to try our many restaurants in the capital city that cater to a variety of tastes from Asian to Caribbean, French to Polynesian. Safety issues
In the interest of your safety, we ask our foreign delegates to refrain from walking in the streets of the capital after 8pm. Please ask the hotel concierge to call a taxi if you wish to visit a restaurant/ theatre / cinema at night.
In addition if you wish to visit some of the hot spots as mentioned in the ‘About Trinidad’ page, please ask the hotel concierge to organize the activity for you. While this may prove to be more costly, it is for your safety and that of your family that you utilize only approved tour guides
