The rates in the table just below are for students from UWI contributing states ONLY. (See rates for students who are not from UWI contributing states, exchange students and EFL students.)

Fees must be paid in advance, minimum payment one (1) semester and may be subject to change.

1. A pre-cautionary deposit/reservation fee of $1,250.00TTD must be paid to reserve a room.

2. This may be paid online at https://secure.touchnet.net/C24203_ustores/web/store_main.jsp?STOREID=19&SINGLESTORE=true or paid in cash at the Cashier, located at the UWI Administration Building, St. Augustine Campus.

3. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL CASH!!! Cash payments must be made in person.

4. The pre-cautionary deposit/reservation fee, consist of a refundable $1000, pre-cautionary deposit and a $250 reservation fee is refunded if the applicant does not acquire a place on Hall.

5. One (1) passport size photograph is required with the application.

6. The pre-cautionary fee is refunded if the applicant does not acquire a place on Hall.

7. If the applicant is assigned a room the refundable $1000 pre-cautionary deposit will be refunded when departing the Hall. Requests must be made in writing to your Hall Supervisor.

8. The pre-cautionary fee will be used to defray any expenses due to damage of Hall property or other fines.
