The Academic Literacies Programme delivers compulsory Foundation English courses to the Faculties of Law, Social Sciences, Science & Technology, Food & Agriculture, Sport, and Humanities & Education.
Applicable skills
Students enrol in faculty-specific courses. All courses stress the development of skills in formal English language competency relevant to their core faculty disciplines.
Industry links
Course-specific visits from experts and practitioners in the field are encouraged. These offer opportunities for students to listen to and learn about the importance of English Language in the workplace.
