A graduate of the IIR, Dr. St. Bernard completed a Postgraduate Diploma, MSc, and PhD in International Relations, and has built a dynamic career across Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica, Barbados, and France. Currently serving as Head of Public and Corporate Affairs, Dr. St. Bernard brings strategic insight and global perspective to complex environments.
